1. Service Description

OnSite Copilot provides real-time artificial intelligence agents designed to assist with construction site monitoring, safety compliance, and rework prevention ("the Service"). The Service analyzes data inputs to identify potential issues but does not replace professional supervision, engineering judgment, or strict adherence to site safety protocols.

2. Data Privacy & Usage

We take the privacy of your construction site data seriously.

  • Site Data: We collect and process video, image, and sensor data from your construction sites solely to provide the Service. You retain ownership of this data.
  • AI Training: Anonymized data may be used to improve our AI models to detect safety hazards and construction errors more accurately. We do not share your specific proprietary methods or designs.
  • Personal Information: We collect minimal personal/contact information necessary for account management and billing. We do not sell your personal data.

3. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that OnSite Copilot is an assistive tool. You are responsible for:

  • Ideally verifying all AI-generated alerts and insights before taking action.
  • Ensuring that the use of recording devices on your site complies with local surveillance and privacy laws.
  • maintaining site safety; OnSite Copilot is not a guarantee against accidents or errors.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". ONSITE COPILOT DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS, DELAYS, ACCIDENTS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON OUR AI AGENTS. THE FINAL DECISION ON ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES RESTS WITH THE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS ON SITE.

5. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the platform and API services. Cancellations require 30 days notice.

6. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or regulations. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
